Hal Straus is general manager of the Tow-Knight Center at the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at the City University of New York. He heads up the Center's communities of practice program, which supports journalism educators and news media leaders in areas critical to high impact, sustainable journalism, including audience development, product development, talent/inclusion, and media commerce.
