Anna Nirmala comes to the media world after being a management consultant for a big 4 firm, focusing on strategy and operations. After realizing that almost all of her free time was spent obsessing over journalism, she opted for a mission-driven career. She's a strategy and business professional dedicated to the advancing and helping of media and content creators undergoing transformational change. In her role at Hearken, she works to support newsrooms in their vision of building long term sustainability and efficiently running operations so that their communities and audiences can be served with integrity and strength. Anna is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, with degrees in Supply Chain & Information Systems, Sociology, and a minor in International Business.
