Alexandra Smith is the growth editor for the media and tech company WhereBy.Us. Before joining the startup, Alexandra led audience engagement efforts at the Gannett newsrooms in Fort Collins, Colorado, and Asbury Park, New Jersey. She's a proud Rutgers grad. Alexandra will spend a month at Harvard University this year studying newsroom events as part of a Knight Visiting Nieman fellowship.
