Engagement– we know it’s important to our mission, but how does it help us meet revenue goals? WDET’s team will facilitate a workshop to help you identify strategies that drive revenue and tools to measure the value of engaging journalism work.
WDET’s team will start by reviewing what we have learned by designing new approaches to membership and underwriting around one of their ongoing multimedia, community projects– Framed byWDET. Afterward, we will build upon a toolkit designed to organize methods that capture the value of engaging journalism projects.
As a result, you will leave with new ideas and a step-by-step process of developing revenue-driving experiments around initiatives at your station.
