Ethics in an age of information overload

Questions on ethical journalism or wondering how to do meaningful, ethical journalism in an age where information is rampant online? This session is for you!

In an age of information overload, journalists are under pressure to meet deadlines and to do stories that will help the audience cope better with the world and their own lives. This session aims to answer audience members’ ethics questions and to consider the role of ethical journalism in the digital age. This session also aims to support those trying to promote ethical journalism with their audience or in new ways in their own newsroom, either through collaborative journalism or other means.
