Joanna leads a global team of curators helping Twitter customers to discover and understand what’s happening in the world. Based in New York, Joanna oversees curation services across five languages and 16 markets. Part of the consumer product leadership, she works closely with product managers, engineering, design, and research to develop and deliver curated experiences that help keep Twitter customers informed. Prior to joining Twitter in 2013, Joanna was social and communities editor at The Guardian, where she was responsible for setting social strategy and overseeing the Guardian's team of community coordinators and moderators.
