Irene now runs This Is Tucson with a team of six women who are creating content, growing audience and thinking about new ways to generate revenue. She has been in the Star newsroom for 15 years working in design, editing, social and audience. She is a member of the 2017 ONA Women&#8217;s Leadership Accelerator cohort.
